Nearly every day for the past 20 years that I have been working in my shop at 187A Walworth Road, I have listened to Robert Elms broadcast on BBC London radio.
Over those years, I'm delighted to have got to know Robert personally. I have made suits for him and got to meet his family. He also unveiled Ed Gray's painting based on me and my shop called'Rock of Eye' a few years ago.
So, imagine my delight in recently being asked to be the 'Listed Londoner' on his show recently.
This was a massive accolade for me and that was one request I was delighted to accept.
You can hear the broadcast from the 18th of January at the link below.

I was interviewed by the lovely Mary Portas today on the plight of the UK high street. Apparently its being broadcast on ITV from 6.30 today in the South East area
Retail expert Mary Portas has been recruited by the government to reinvigorate high streets across Britain.
TV's so-called 'Queen of Shops' says action is needed to end the decline of high street shopping after town centre vacancy rates doubled over the past two years.
She said: "I am calling on businesses, local authorities and shoppers to contribute their ideas on how we can halt this decline in its tracks and create town centres that we can all be proud of."
